Barely top tier with a weak pledge class. I'm not sure why people go there and then act surprised about how elitist they are. If you don't fit the mold then don't go to their parties and you have nothing to worry about. Better than most.

The fact that they self ranked says a lot about them. Known to be a pretty average group of guys who are friendly and welcoming but tend to throw boring parties. Average all around, but impressive considering they started from nothing just a couple years ago. On their way up.

Pike guys for the most part are really nice. Some are creepy and rude but they are a small minority. They got a really good new pc, they are really hot and definitely brought Pike up. Their parties are really fun especially if you know the guys. Some off campus houses are better then others though. They are really strict on letting non brothers in their party though. Definitely a mid tier house who is on their way up!
