as a rising junior girl, they have fell considerably since my freshman year. The guys are not nice to those outside their clique, and the few that are nice are weird. I can think of only one brother I actually like, the rest are disrespectful, crude, or strange.

Tbh I'd still say TX is a solid 5th after sig chi, but only slightly lower. They are similar rankings wise, just very different vibes from the houses. They are not top 3 but still a top house.

been improving rapidly, new pledge class is small but cool. these guys are obviously not top tier but clearly don't care either. they are a really tight brotherhood and I really love going to hang out there.

The new PC is attractive, but their personalities are little or non existent. These are the boring, semi attractive girls that want nothing more than to sneak into the top tier. Their desperation for social climbing will probably ensure that they will never be a top tier house.
