Nonexistent. The remains of FIJI lie with House 104. According to legend, they were rich and top (hence why house 104 still exists) and threw great parties but won't be coming back any time soon.

Not sure why they are top tier because most girls fear partying with them haha. Pretty exclusive with partying with GPhi, AOPi, APhi and surprisingly KD. The guys are pretty aggressive but still top tier for some reason.

Ok so here's the deal with Pike. The guys are all very nice and fun to hang out with. Pike parties are my absolute favorite. But lately they've been a bit douchey and are trying to social climb. Not cool. Try less and people will like you more (and I'm the biggest Pike groupie)

Towards the bottom for me. Wide range of guys in their house but definitely all really nice guys for sure! Nobody is particularly creepy. Throw good parties. Unfortunately may be getting kicked off
