If you actually spend time at this house, you'll see these boys are far from bottom tier. They aren't quite top tier because they don't throw ragers, but that's a large part of what there is to love about them. They aren't afraid to actually speak to you instead of drowning you out with blaring music. Some of the boys are easy on the eyes, but overall, a great group of men.
