Their party was good but still the worst of all the frats who threw parties which was only the top 3 plus KA. Good on them but they need to continue to improve if they want to move up.

I would never be caught dead at this house. They're creepy and try too hard. Getting on this site just confirmed it. Literally half the posts on here are Phi Delts trying to make themselves look better. Will continue to discourage my sisters from associating with these men until they stop being so damn petty.

After their first party, where they showed up all the top competing fraternities, they definitely showed that they can compete too. Excited to see what they continue to bring.

These girls are def top tier no doubt. Their pledge class is very diverse in size and appearance. I thought they brought one of the best pledge classes but after 801 my opinion changed. Those girls were too drunk, and too many of them were doing the walk of shame from a few frat houses the next morning. It would be ashame to let some girls from the pledge class mess up what this great sorority is known for.
