I'd switch SK and Tri Delt. SK is rising fast and Tri Delt is falling hard. Other than that, this is spot on. I think the lower top sororities are doing really well and get some of the top PNMs, they just don't have the status and prestige of the old row houses.

They're really about the same right now. Tri delt's older PCs are better, but SK got the better PC this year. It could go either way, but they're definitely close in the ranking right now
