This is honestly how I see it.
Old row top:
ΑΔΠ
ΚΑΘ
ΦΜ
ΚΚΓ
New row top:
ΖΤΑ
ΚΔ
ΑΟΠ (their girls are pretty even though they don't have the best social calendar)
Upper middle:
ΧΩ (might be debatable because they still have the old row title, but I know for a fact that they've had socials with TEP, DTD and Phi Tau which are bottom tier houses)
ΣΚ (honestly their social calendar rivals the new row top)
Middle:
ΔΔΔ (I might get some hate for this, but their past few pledge classes look more like the lower tier sororities than the upper. I think they're riding on an old rep)
ΑΧΩ
ΠΒΦ
Lower middle:
ΔΖ (only because of their recent social probation. Also I know they had a lot of snaps this year.)
ΓΦΒ
ΑΓΔ
Bottom:
ΣΔΤ
ΔΓ
