reputations?!?!!?

i'm a pnm going to UGA and i've heard a lot about some sororities being overwhelming partiers (not going to mention them in case it's false). I want to be in a sorority but was wondering which ones still have good social calendars but aren't regarded as crazy? I'm all for going out but not sure I could hold my own in some of the sororities i've heard stories about. any opinions on reputations would be appreciated!

It's nice that you think you're gonna get to choose which sorority you're in to this extent, but you probably won't. Sororities mostly choose you, not the other way around. Kappa Kappa Gamma is the main "partier" sorority, but they have a great calendar.

I'm with Member, you aren't gonna get to choose. But if you really wanna know:

Hardcore partners: Kappa, KD, Zeta, Gamma phi, DZ
Party but not as crazy: adpi, Aopi, pi phi, DG, Tri delt, phi mu
More of the casual kickback types: sk, theta, chi o, SDT
Most girls don't go out a lot/super Christian: AGD, AXO

This girl got it completely wrong. Zeta, AOPi, and AXO are well known as the most Christian houses. In NO way is zeta hardcore.

Comparatively, not sue I'd call AGD super Christian. Actually I KNOW I wouldn't. Haha

I should add, the ones I just mentioned are known to be super Christian, like someone else said, Kappa is the partier. Everyone else is in between

There's a God Squad in all of the sororities and many girls that like to throw down too. Not every girl in every sorority is the same... are you kidding

thanks for the help, I would've asked someone that I know but I'm coming to Georgia from Kentucky so there's not a lot of info here. Everything that I've heard has been group message hearsay. Honestly not trying to troll or appear as if I'll be able to choose my sorority, just trying to get a feel for what UGA Greek life is really like
