frat rankings w/o old row

Theta chi
Phi Tau
DTD

There’s some other ones but I feel like these are the frats that are most prevalent. Old row is hot but they only have socials with other “old row” sororities. So, therefore, they can’t be part of a list involving the whole campus.

Switch Snu and Beta, put delta dig above pike then pike and phi delt, out theta chi above sigma Pi, then switch them and tep. Also put sigma chi on top, they're best non old row but they aren't old row.

Fiji / Sigma Chi (Old row wannabees)
ATO / Sig Ep (ATO really competes with pi kapp and beta, sig ep has their own thing going on)
Pi Kapp / Beta / Snu (snu gets knocked for mass bidding)
Aepi (really only competes with Tep)
Lambda / Delta Sig /Pike (Mixed Bag Frats)
AGR (getting knocked for 2 bad rush years, easily could be below up & comers in a year or so)
Phi delt / Phi Tau (up & comers - phi delt may hit the mixed bag frats group in a year or so)
Tep (2nd fiddle get over it)
Sigma Pi / Theta chi / DTD (uh oh, something bad happened in the past frats)
