who has the nicest house? the worst?

Prettiest houses: probably Phi Mu. ADPi and AGD and Gamma Phi also have beautiful houses.
Worst is probably SDT, with DG having second worst.

Looks way better than it used to. The original design was very late '60s. Aren't they supposed to be tearing down and building new?

It's being completely redone. Maybe with a new house and new pledge class they can rise.

I liked DGs house too when I rushed. It's one of the larger houses, and my friend in DG said that they're completely renovating it over the next few years.

Also, is the new DPhiE house going to be nice? Bet they'll have to renovate extensively since a frat lived there.

I've been told by multiple friends that it's supposed to be very nice. But, yeah, they're definitely renovating the house

AΔΠ may look pretty on the outside but the dining room wall looks like a civil war cannon ball came through it. Prettiest houses on the inside are Kappa (gorgeous), Chi O (warm and comfortable), and Alpha Gam (authentic).

Lawn is so beautiful. House is a bit small but it's definitely one of my favorites to see as I drive down mill edge

Theta's house is the prettiest from the outside. Tridelt is a little overstated but I would still love to live there! And gamma phi is also very nicely decorated and super cute, but it seems so small and impractical to live in.

Historic and striking but warm at the same time.

The old DPhiE house was the least attractive to me. Like a bank building. Glad they're getting a historic house to renovate.

Old one was on Lumpkin near the track. Really small and not good for sorority living. I think UGA bought it and turned it into an admin building, as they did with a few of the other old frat houses on that row - most of the frats in that area were relocated to River Road.
