old row rushes different girls?

How do they choose who to rush? Are the girls split up into "old row" and "new row" before rush even starts? For people who say "old row isn't a thing here" I think it is because there's an obvious distinction.

Everybody literally goes through rush the same, I ended up in a good house (my first choice during all of recruitment) that isn't what's considered "old row" but I preffed at one that was, I honestly had no idea what that even was during rush but all the houses are great. Ignore the reputations and everything you read on this site and find the house that's meant for you.

Old row sororities were the first at UGA. They are Phi Mu, Theta, Chi O, Kappa, and ADPi. They're considered the most elite (by themselves), but in reality they're not considered the best during recruitment. New row houses like AOPi, ZTA, and KD are better options.

Old row isn't based on when the sorority hit uga. They seem to have some sort of special agreement amongst themselves, idk what it is though. Also they are known for taking more legacies, and don't focus so much on looks the way zta/KD/AOPi do. Imo those 3 focus TOO MUCH on looks, to the point of looking plastic.
