Don't listen to this jerk. Sure, some houses simply didn't get enough girls during rush, but there are a few who just had a bunch of early alums/December graduates who need to refill quota. Most of them are "worth being in". Find out for yourself if you'd like to be a part of it, not through some jerk ongreekrank. But side note: most spring COB invites have been sent already, so if you haven't gotten one yet you may be outta luck anyway. But you never know.

they don't typically announce who all is under quota; however there are always at least a couple who's nationals require them to do spring COB. It's hard to get an invite without connections though

I heard Gamma Phi was doing it and DG has to every year because of nationals, but DONT think that any house is bad because they do spring recruitment. Girls graduate, go early alum, etc. they do drop (but mostly because of financial reasons)
