Lower mid: DZ, AGD, DG
Bottom: Gamma Phi, SDT, D Phi E
These aren't necessarily the same as the rankings overall, but I thought I'd post one just based on the newest PC to show how tiers could change in the next few years.

The problem with practically every pledge class is our recruitment. It's become so ridiculously brutal, it's a bloodbath. My sorority DID give snaps, and we're top tier. We cut so many really good girls early on and then wound up having to offer snaps to get them back. The whole recruitment process cuts so many so fast that really good girls get discouraged and drop. That hurts every sorority, but particularly those that struggle year after year during recruitment. You know, and I know, we don't really know what we're getting when those girls get off those buses. Anyone can look good on paper!
