Phi Mu needs to be dropped to middle tier. Their PC is average. And their recruitment style was disgraceful to the campus. Don't bash other sororities to make yourself look better.
Sigma Kappa needs to be above ZTA. Both get amazing girls, however SK has increasingly improved with their pledge classes and social calendar. And ZTA has become...mean. To say the least.
I would place DG and AGD side by side. Delta Gamma pulls prettier girls but AGD is more likely to party and have socials with middle tier fraternities. Both are on the rise however.

I can agree with what you said about Phi Mu for the most part, but they still have socials with old row frats. So I'd say they're still top but they're at the top of the bottom.
I don't know who would put sigma kappa above ZTA other than a sigma kappa.
ZTA's social calendar is WAY better and they're known for being in the same tier as KD and AOPi.
I wouldn't say AGD pulls tens but DG is the house that's known for being the last resort. They generally don't get prettier girls than anyone so I don't know where that came from either.

I agree with all points made. ^fact is that UGA is getting more elite and all of the sorority reputations are changing. I don't think DG is moving from bottom with the next year but they aren't "least desired" anymore. Phi Mu is slipping but they have time to get their reputation back to being the "Phinest"

I've met some Chi Os that are... odd... to say the least. Idk if they're legacies or if they somehow slipped by during recruitment but either way, no top tier sorority has girls like that. And Idk if DZ deserves to be considered bottom tier just yet. There's still a chance they'll come back from their social probation well but I know that has influenced how a lot of people view them

I know girls who chose AGD and DG over DZ this year. You know something's wrong when girls get a bad enough opinion of you during rush that they sacrifice status and go for a traditionally bottom tier sorority
