Honestly seems like they're off to a good start. Obviously some of the founders aren't "great" but most of them seem really cool and are good looking. Too soon to judge harshly- it'll be interesting to see how they do in the coming years!

From what I've seen they've got some stunners, some average girls, and some not so attractive girls. Hide the unattractive ones during recruitment, and they should be good to go! It seems like all of their members are excited about their membership, and their numbers are good. Interested to see how they fall in the rankings with next years pledge classes

That house is lovely. Does anyone know why Phi Psi decided to leave? I know they are building a new house now.

I heard that Phi Psi didn't intentionally leave. They had a lease on the house and DPhiE out bidded them. Also this thread has tons of DPhiEs on it. Let's be real, they're the bottom house right now and probably will be for some time. Not as bad as they could be though.

One of my friends pledged. She's a sophomore and didn't go through formal. Just went straight for the DPhiE colonization. They seem to have a good mix and she likes the idea of being a founding member and being part of starting traditions. A lot of colonies don't have houses right off the bat, so them getting one should be a boost and help going forward with recruitment. So far, she's really loving it. I'm in a different sorority, but glad to see DPhiE on campus and off to what looks like will be a strong start.

They're cute from what I've seen so far, it will be interesting to see their social calendar for the year, what they do for philanthropy, etc.

There are a lot of us. Everyone's really sweet. Big thing is we're just trying to get to know everyone and get settled. There's a lot going on. First socials are this week!

In my opinion, not the greatest. Their candidate for Miss Sorority Row has a nice piercing…it might sound harsh but that's just not very accepted here in Georgia.
