spring recruitment

How does Spring Recruitment work here? Is it easier to get a bid from the house you want in the Spring?

Nope! Not all of the houses even do spring recruitment, and if they do its generally kept quiet. They also tend to only take a few girls. You do not get to visit all of the houses. Typically about 80% of girls invited to each specific house are friends with actives. It is far better to rush during formal recruitment, but the deadline was a few days ago.
