If I'm initiated as an SAE at another school then transfer to UGA how hard is it to re-affiliate?

I'm in the exact same boat, SAE at a different school. Was wondering the same thing

it depends. I know a couple SAEs that re affiliated. If you meet their standards they'll hang with you.

In most fraternities if a member of another chapter transfers to your school
and wants to affiliate the Chapter votes on the individual just as they would
a potential new member. Transfers are not automatically accepted.
