means they are well known in the south so there is always a lot of buzz about them going into recruitment because the name is well known in the south. That's about where it ends at UGA though, they aren't living up to their name recognition after that....Phi Who?

not so great anymore, no longer top tier & there are a lot of middle tier better than this....they don't really give a crap
