yes, theta did offer snap bids this year. they had to in order to get quota. i am 'in the know'. that's a sure sign they're slippin'. get it together ladies.

theta did in fact give out snap bids. so did phi mu, adpi, and i believe chi o. clearly old row is slipping more than people realize. the biggest and best pledge classes clearly were in "new row" sororities this year

Several old row houses gave snap bids because they cut too many after skit round.
