fraternity you would want for your little brother?

My brother who's a senior in high school is coming to UGA next year and he wants to join a fraternity, I go to school out of state so I have no idea what fraternity reps are like at UGA beyond a few basic things. My question is girls (or guys) what fraternity would you want your little brother to rush? In terms of nice, sweet, classy, genuine guys?
