so what are you looking for the most in a PNM? grades, extracurriculars, charity, appearance, or just if you genuinely like their personality?

Believe it or not, most of the time we just put all ya'lls names on pieces of paper and draw them out of a hat.

Wow...that is soooo random! With our chapter, we put all the names on pieces of paper, then through them in front a fan. We rank the girls based on how far their slips goes from the fan. Much more thoughtful...

Every house here is wonderful. Anytime somebody posts a "rank" it is based on their perception... which is based on the qualities they value.
PNMs will be making enough lists once they get here... We should just give this a rest already and leave it to them
