is on Panhellenic. Let's just say that There are more than 3 houses taking snap bids. It was a long night for her and several houses are gonna be busy calling girls all day to make quota. UGA and Panhellenic need to do something. This has happened the last three years. We need more Chapters at UGA!

The system here at UGA does not work. It's all done behind closed doors and in secret. No transparency whatsoever. And many times the houses having to snap is not because they had poor return rates its because of the holes in the system and selection/matching process. Panhellenic needs some help with this. We need to see what goes on at other schools to try and come up with a better process.

on Panhellenic and can tell you it's the more popular houses that are hurt by the process. They have to cut so many early on that they are left with less than an even playing field in the end. This system just does not work!!

add legacies into the mix especially in the large southern houses with lots of area alums. These houses have to invite the legacies back so there goes a lot of other spots taken up by them. I heard one old row house had 138 legacies this year! This reduces there numbers of real, viable candidates to invite back even further. UGA needs to investigate how other larger greek campuses handle things-Alabama, Ole Miss, Auburn...
