sorority comments

you can tell the top sororities by how many ratings they've had.. why would you bother rankng a sorority you're not threatened by?
1-AOPi
2-DDD
3-XO/SK
4-KD
5-Theta
6-KKG
7-DG

and so on..

There is no top sorority at UGA. Everyone's opinion about who is top is different based on what they believe makes a top sorority ( reference: 2 posts below). The person (...) who wrote the below comment is expressing their opinion, however, it is just their opinion. It is not a correct opinion.

Many of the sororities with higher numbers (ranks) are from people (or jerks) giving them all 1's over & over for no good reason. Just for the heck of it. Mean people stink! & that's my opinion! All UGA sororities are good!

Top tier: Chi O, Theta, KKG(still hangin on in spite of past troubles), AOPi, ADPi

Middle tier: Phi Mu, Zeta, KD, AChiO, Gamma Phi, Pi Phi, DZ

Bottom tier: Sigma Kappa, Delta Gamma, AGD

Sorry if I missed anyone but this is how a lot of frats think. This is how we look at them in terms of socials.

PM in the same tier as GPB? oh & might I add in a tier with two COMPLETE opposites: DZ & AXO? wtf ha. SK, DG, & AGD grouped together? come on. don't be crazy. AOPi isn't old row, sorry can't be tops. I know we don't all get along, but let's not be ridiculous.

people, this is sorority ranking--NOT world peace. Who cares about all of this really? In 10 years, no one will remember these rankings and if you do, you will really be living a pathetic life. We are ALL OK---just take a deep breath, breath, breath, breath.....

would have to agree with below based on scholarship, involvement, and girls who can have fun and still maintain a sense of self respect. Also, it seems these houses have very little in house drama.

problem with ranking at all, but like the poster below they never explain their rankings...scholarship, involvement etc. what does that mean - other houses are less scholarly, less involved explain. How do you know these houses have little drama - do you know everything about the other houses? That's why this site is so absurd. There was one post a few days ago that tried to explain which house was popular for what. Other than that it's full of "I know who's best - no hate just the truth".

the person who posted what he/she thinks what sororities are known for is just as absurd as the many others that posted on here. it's just that person's opinion.

but at least there was some thought given and she didn't just say these are the top 5 or so. She gave a nod to all houses which was refreshing don't you think?
