the above rankings may be debatable, but what isn't debatable is that anyone would be happy to get a bid from any of the above 8.

I agree with ADPi, KAT, XO and AOPI but not the rest. I am from UGA and would not want to pledge ZTA, KD, KKG or PM... their reputations are not good. So that comment about anyone being happy to get a bid from the 8 you listed is not true.

I would add AXO, GPB , DDD and PBP in the place of kkg, zta, kd, pm

nine houses (on ranking list)are not representative of best houses at UGA. start at #9 and remove the houses no one has heard of plus DZ and SK and you have top houses.
