The top chapters are actually phi mu, kappa, adpi, and Chi O. Theta is no longer a top house. This is how it is and everyone knows it. Argue all summer long but the PNM's will soon see what we all know anyway. The post below is from a KD or ZTA. Neither is a top house- and DDD is in no way bottom tier. As for the top houses having "bad" reps? Nonsense unless being affluent and selective is bad.

I am neither a ZTA or KD, and I agree with the post below. Those sororities listed as tier 1 were very sought after in my rush group. Just an obsevation.

Your rush group sucked. You are stupid as the people saying KD and Zeta are "top" houses. Get real!

Well in my rush group, KD and ZTA were sought after as well. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, so I can see how some people wouldn't like KD or ZTA. I am neither as well, but I really liked both houses a lot during rush. PNM's: Keep an open mind during rush, and don't join an old row house just based on the fact that they're all rich and "selective". That is so superficial... just my opinion.

I am Old Row and it is true that most of the girls in my house went to private schools. However...it is true that there are some very good public schools in/out of Ga and my house has some public school girls. And yes, KD and ZTA both put on a very good rush. Public or Private school everyone just needs to figure out where they feel the most comfortable and pursue that house. keep an open mind each house has something good to offer...

Are Sigma Kappa and AOPi national sororities? I only ask because I cannot find alumn/recs or them- and I live in a metro area. I don't know anything about either but want to make sure I have a rec for every house. Thanks,

Yes they are. You should definitely be able to find recs for them both... I remember SK being a little hard for me because I have never heard of that sorority before. Good luck! :)

No house has all one's or fives. In each house you will find some beautiful girls and some who are not. And everybody has their own opinion as to what makes someone beautiful.
