that varies by chapter. my suggestion would be to be very detailed in your resume. im in an old row sorority and that definitely helps

Can't speak for other houses but at my (old row) house recs are scored on such things as legacy, activities, and yes, grades.

They base you on Daddy's $$$$, Lake/beach/mtn homes, Ability to hold your liquor, etc. Don't be fooled by the rem arks below...

thats not true. we base on involvement, grades, community service, legacy, acomplishments, ect. im in a "top" sorority and i wouldnt call my family rich, nor do own vacation homes, and I don't drink.

pms, work on getting recs. to all the houses. often first cuts are made on gpas and whether or not a girl has a recommendation. the sororities have to make quick decisions-don't give them a reason to not extend you an invitation to the next round.
