kappa sig

Had my oldest brother come through as a kappa sig, i can remember as a kid coming to a UGA game with them still on before being kicked off and having the best day of my life. I have heard from multiple sources they were far the best here before being kicked off and now that they're back I'm curious what the opinions are of them so far. Also if they were kicked off when my older brother was a brother am i still considered an in house legacy? Or even a legacy at that? Thanks to everyone who answers, and kappa sig isnt my only choice though they are my first.
