Literally there is very little difference in the quality of girls for about 15 of the sororities. The only main difference is the fraternities they hang out with.

When we get the two new sororities, and pledge classes become smaller and therefore more competitive, then maybe there might be more merit to the tier system, but it's pretty damn pointless as of now.
