just some questions

Hey y'all. I'm going to be transferring to uga in spring 2015. I went to Georgia state my freshman year and due to a mix up with credits I had t attend university of north Georgia this fall an wait to go to uga in spring. Anyway, I rushed Sig nu at gsu and really loved it but due to extenuating circumstances we weren't able to pledge and since I knew I was going to transfer I thought I better hold off on pledging the next semester. I'm paying for college all on my own and I'm just try in to find a good fraternity that is still going to be affordable to someone in my position because I know that dues can get fairly expensive, especially if all brothers are required to live in the house for at least one year. Help??
