But DPhiE national told the R&B that they're hoping to be under way on building their new house by the time they recolonize this fall. (They banked the money they made from selling the old house on Lumpkin.)

It is a stack. The next sorority wouldn't colonize till 2017.

There was a prior agreement with DPhiE. So, I was talking about a traditional/further stack, like, 'well, we really like both groups, so, let's have Alpha Xi Fall 2017 and then Alpha Phi Fall 2019', is what I mean. Not saying that's what's going to happen, but hypothetically, that could be what Alpha Phi is hoping for, so they can spread out the financial obligations with their other big colonies.

From what I have overheard, it seems that the community is 50/50 on who should be chosen. I think it will be a very close decision.

It would be really nice if they did decide to invite both groups. When NC State opened for expansion a few years ago, they stacked all 3 presenters. It would be cool to have Alpha Xi back though, because then every sorority that's opened a chapter at UGA at some point in time, would be back on campus.
