What happened to ZTA? Did they really give a snap bid then take its back?

I imagine it would be difficult, not to mention a PR nightmare, to offer a snap bid and then rescind it. It might not even be possible to do so.

Some psycho girl who didn't get a bid is in here saying that. Zeta didn't even have any snap bids to give out.
