Best old and new row fraternities

Fraternities that have solid alumni resources, solid socials,date nights and sorority relationships, solid events and downtown presence . Solid number of pledges . And deep pockets!

Up and coming KS
Lacking in a few ATO
Tell me I’m wrong and then explain what fraternity should be changed. Make sure though the fraternity meets every point I stated.

It's half true, SAE, KA, PDT, SN (and more I can't remember rn) all lost their houses on the original Greek row when UGA reclaimed the land.
Most fraternities found land and built houses except for SN. Eventually the original Greek circle fraternities (Pike PDT KS TEP) included SN and even helped them fund building the house.
SNs alumni are like ATOs, historic but not active enough to support them like other alumni networks. Having them with the old row frats is very funny as a result

Every time someone talks about Old Row at UGA, a Bama student earns an A. That’s how ridiculous it sounds.
But if you really insist on copying them, Old Row is technically the first oldest 6 houses on campus. So let’s fully copy Bama and do it right or stfu with the old row crap.
