Rushing a sorority as a junior

If I were to go through primary recruitment in the fall, would I be likely to receive a bid?

It's definitely possible but no one can tell you if it's likely, that's up to you and what you're like. There is a separate quota for upperclassmen so you don't compete with freshmen. But who you know and who knows you in chapters and what they think about you, your grades and what you've accomplished as a college student will matter as a junior.

Some sororities also can’t take juniors nationally, but not sure how many this is.

Not true. All sororities have that option but may choose not to.
