ATO aside, this is objectively bad.
OX below SP especially if you have TEP over SP. AEPi down below OX and DTD right behind OX. TEP or SP are after beta depending on preference then OX DTD AEPi.
DeltaSig is pretty good but like SN SigEp and PDT they lack the big house parties. Granted it's less important here but it has an impact on their social presence on top of the lack of alumni money and historical sorority connections. Move them down below Pike and PhiDelt but above PKP SigEp and Beta.
The most obvious one is Fiji down, they are chill AF and have good guys but they are definitely different culturally from the rest of the top more akin to a mid tier lib vibe, I agree ATO is the worse of the 5 but SAE is the 3rd best even if they lack pledgeship.
