KA ChiPhi ATO Fiji SAE SX - SX barely is included here and SAE despite having top 2 pull and the best parties is full of squids. No one here is moving down unless they get into trouble except MAYBE SX.
KS SN PKP PKA DSP PDT - well established historic groups, no one is moving down here unless they get into trouble.
BTP SigEp OX SP TEP DTD - growing groups except SigEp and Beta, they are well established.
AEPi AGR LXA DKE BYX ChiPsi - worth rushing but smaller groups
No one else is worth ranking.

SP has better bid acceptance and better pull and better parties. OX DTD and TEP are close for different reasons but SP is the best after SigEp imo. OX is actually decent now but yeah.

SP and OX had the exact same PC size (30) in the fall while both having a decent amount of drops. Both mixed with at best AXO and at worst DG last semester. IDK how the schedule is shaping out this semester for that. Both spring parties were kinda mid last year too. SP had it's murph and he's good but unless you're a dude into EDM no one knows who that is. Especially not girls. OX had Lil Mosey but it's not 2020 anymore so he's kinda washed. There's not really any separation of those two by your criteria.

SP has better sororities than OX at parties, maybe not for socials or whatever, and has been more active with bigger parties. OXs parties are almost dead sometimes tbh. SP hands less bids and has less people drop. SP is better. although I do agree on your EDM take idk who that other person is that OX got. SP and OX are comparable for sure but SP is better.

I’m sure OX has KD and APHI at their “wine Wednesdays” too. That’s kinda the point of parties. And again they had pretty much the same amount of drops. Also you never heard blueberry faygo? It was hard to miss in 2020

I didn't hear that song but I just looked it up, not my vibes for rap so I'm not surprised by not remembering him. That's a good get for OX though, props to them.
Maybe they had equal drops but that's not what I remember, SP definitely hands less bids though. If OX actually has those sororities there on a Wednesday night then that's cool, but I'm going to be honest here, I doubt those sororities are coming out for OX of all places on a Wednesday night. Their wine Wednesdays were the dead parties I was talking about, but it's a Wednesday night so obviously it's not going to be a rager.

SP literally hands out bids to anybody. I've known dudes who were just at a bar that SP was at chatting with one brother not realizing they were at a rush event and gotten bids.
Their PCs are routinely 35% solid guys who didn't really understand how Rush worked and just accepted their first-night bids, and 65% weirdos who didn't get into any other frats

True OX and SP both have a problem with bidding random dudes but it's all a part of the growing process for them. They are both solid groups and that really was a big get for OX though I wasn't trying to be sarcastic there any artist with 300m plus views on a song is a big get.

Order should be, in IMHO:
1. KA - #1, smarter than folks think, attractive boys. My experience, friendly, too. Good genes! More Southern-oriented than the others in this top 5.
2. (tie) Chi Phi - Very popular for their parties. A ton of out-of-state boys and sons of rich Atlanta. They rock.
2. Fiji (tie) - Chi Phi are two very different fraternities. It seems rare that rushees have bids from both. But both are excellent. They seek out rushees with different backgrounds, experience, and expectations of what a fraternity should be. Smart, ambitious.
4. SAE - Former #1, which gets softer and softer every year. But still high quality rushees. Lots of legacies. Shower Cap, their biggest party of the year, is a must attend event.
5. ATO - Get better every year. But still behind the prior four. Not by much, though.

Switch Fiji and ATO, unless you're a supporter of communism and the like. Super liberal house Fiji is.

What does SP do that's definitively better than OX or vise versa? Those two are pretty much the same place with different letters
