Idk who keeps deleting this it's just sad at this point. Stop paying Greekrank. Criteria: 1) Quality of guys 2) Sorority connections 3) Parties and Tailgates 4) House and Location in that order. History only matters when you're good at being a frat

Tier 1 (Top)

KA/ChiPhi/Fiji/ATO/SAE

These are the unanimous top 5 houses here if anyone tells you anything else they're lying. Fiji and ATO get the best guys and the other three are just ridiculously rich beyond belief. Still good guys mostly but a few paid their way in. SAE is barely here they just have so much money and connections I can't put them lower. All of these places are good-great in every area of the criteria

Tier 2 (Lower Top)

SX/SN/DSP/KS/PDT/PKP

SX and SN have insane connections and money but the quality of guys is a huge fall off from tier one. Have everything but the quality. Delta Sig is sometimes put lower for their history/donors but their quality of guys, sorority connections, and tailgates put them here. Parties are mid. Kappa Sig blanket bids huge pledge classes which leads to some weirdoes here and there but they are good in every other aspect. Phi Delt doesn't have the parties or tailgates some of the others on this row do but they have a consistent quality so I keep them here. Pi Kapp is a slightly worse Kappa Sig in the sense that they bid huge classes but they're also good at pretty much everything else. Helps to be married to Alpha Phi.

Tier 3 (Upper Mid)

PKA/SPE/BTP/OX/DTD

Another drop in quality here. Pike blanket bids the worst on campus here lotta guys who should be in Lambda get bids here. Questionable rep too but that doesn't really do anything to how people rank you on here. ATO is in most peoples tier 1. Beta has a consistent quality like Phi Delt but just doesn't have the parties or tailgates others on this row have. House is very bad too bottom 5 on Milledge for sure. Sig Ep has guys that are on the level of a tier 1 house. They don't throw huge parties and their pledgeship is weird too. Its all essays and interviews. Hard house to rank. OX has always been in trouble the past 10 years but they're ok-good at every criteria besides House and location which is great. DTD probably should be in the group below but they are super clean and have a great house albeit in a bad location.

Tier 4 (Lower Mid)

SP/LXA/TEP/AEPi/BYX/AGR

Another big drop in quality except for TEP, BYX, and AGR. Those three are the best niche spots on campus for Jewish guys (TEP), very Christian guys (BYX), and very southern guys (AGR). SP isn't niche but they don't really do well in any criteria. Bigger chapter than Beta, Theta Chi, and Delt above but those house's quality is much better. Socials and parties are ok and house is worse than Beta. Lambda is still in their first year back after getting kicked off. Quality isn't there yet but it never is for a house coming back. Will probably move up and bump DTD down in a couple years. AEPi is Jewish too but all the good Jewish guys go to TEP or a non niche house. BYX is dry but they're very Christian if that's your thing. Have very good sorority connections but parties are lame. AGR is like a poor mans KA but even more southern. Lotta future farmers here.
