All I’ve heard on GR are people saying Pi Beta Phi is getting better and moving up, but clearly that’s not the case if they’re doing COB. Nice girls but I think they’re being over hyped.

Pi Phi hit quota + chapter total in the fall. Having COB spots when a chapter was previously at total means more women graduated or dropped than anticipated but I don’t think they have an issue with keeping members.
