Unbiased Spring Rush 2025 Tiers and Explanations

Tier 1
Sig Ep
By far the best house doing spring rush. They get some of the best guys on campus during fall and girls adore them. No need for more exlanation. Clear #1.
Tier 2
OX/SP
This is 9/11 for Theta Chi's PR chair. No, you are not better than Sig Ep and it's funny that you think you are. Besides that, they're actually not that bad. House and location is probably the best of any house doing spring. Their tailgates are usually packed events on gamedays and they've done a good job recruiting the past 2 years. Parties and social calendar are very meh tho that is their main flaw. Sigma Pi is not that bad either. They throw surprisingly well for a chapter their size and their parties are probably on the level of a Beta or Pi Kapp. They also have had solid sized classes in the fall (Think it was mid-high thirties this year). The house might be the worst house on Milledge though, inside and out. Social calendar is very mid as well. Both of these will get the best of whatever Sig Ep doesn't take.
Tier 3
DTD/AGR/BYX
It hurt to put DTD this low. I love the DTD guys and their parties are seriously underrated. The house is just in Narnia and its hard to get people there. If it wasn't for that they'd be with OX and SP in tier 2. AGR are great guys too but they're pretty much all South Georgia guys who were former FFAs. Hard to appeal to the average rushee with that. I love BYX. It wasn't my thing but I love the guys there. If I was biased they would be 1. Unfortunately they are dry which puts them here compared to other frats but if you are looking for a place that will make your faith the #1 priority rush BYX.
Tier 4
LXA/Phi Kapp
Lambda is new and getting their house back. I expect them to move up to Tier 3 for spring by next year. Maybe even Tier 2 if they have a REALLY good rush. Phi Kapp is neither new nor moving up soon. I have nothing to say about them because there is nothing to say about them. They are the embodiment of Tier 4 of a spring rush ranking.
Tier 5
Chi Psi/ASig/Phi Tau/ZBT/DKE
These places I don't know much about besides being small with good brotherhoods. You won't exactly be throwing ragers every night with a Phi Mu on each shoulder. Maybe a couple DPhiEs tho. At least you won't be hazed.

That's not really fair to SP. They do have a some cool guys and their parties are good but the amount of weirdos they bid cancels that out imo

SP "they throw surprisingly well for a house their size" they have like 150 guys and still somehow are mainly weird. OX has bad reputation on their "wine Wednesdays" that got 3 guys kicked out last year for behavior towards girls that came that had something to do with the contents of their drinks if you know where I'm going
If we're being real the only worthwhile ones are Sig Ep because they're good and BYX or AGR if your in their niches

OX at KSU has a bad rap too, really only GT OX is their only chapter in state without this rep.

Do you not know anything about SEC Greek Life? Theta Chi is up there with Sigma Chi, SAE, and KA at Bama. They’re probably too house or close to it at Florida too. That doesn’t mean much for them here but don’t be delusional

Bro evidently has no ball knowledge of Greek life at UGA & is probably an sig ep 🤣🤣 SP does not have 150 maybe barely over 100 on a good day and if spring rush goes well. As for OX I’m ps if they had those “allegations” with “three guys kicked” don’t you think they’d be off campus? OX definitely has some weird guys don’t get me wrong but in the grand scheme they are doing way better and their sorority relations seem to be on the come up from what I hear. Sig Ep looks cool and has some cool guys but most of them kinda just southern squids who couldn’t handle pledgeship from a better fraternity like SX, SAE, or KA. They wouldn’t be mid if they weren’t doing spring rush but they are therefore they’re no better than the rest. BYX just a campus ministry no offense to them and AGR is just Tractor Supply Co if it was a fraternity but they both hold great guys and are good choices! Ultimately spring rush should just be up to whatever you think but don’t listen to bs presumptions about OX and SP when they are just having fun when I’m ps sig ep has some questionable allegations themselves too.

Sig Pi does have a decent amount of guys. Idk about 150 but their PC size was in the mid thirties this year. They do blanket bid though. Everything else spot on

OX is not top at bama. Top 10 probably. Idk about Florida but maybe they are good because UF has a lot of northerners despite being in the south. Florida is pretty much Ohio or PA from all of those people flocking to the state. OX is not a top school in the south. No one gives AF about the worse USC idk why you would even mention them. Nothing like ole miss, FL, Tennessee, UGA or bama, even the better USC, a west coast school, has a better Greek scene. USC Greek life in terms of prestige or social scene isn't on par with

this is hilarious, my brother was a KA at Fl and our cousin was in another fraternity. they all used to rip on OX, Phi Tau and PiKapp for being weirdos, they have that same rep there too as far as ive been told. idk what this dude is talking about being top there or anywhere in the south. OX is a decent to mid big 10 frat, anywhere else they are just ok. stop bidding creeps nationally and they will be better. they are top 5 at KSu but thats KSU, lmao.

Bro KA reeks at UF lmao. The undisputed top at UF is ATO, Theta Chi, Sigma Chi, and Beta. They’re good at every school in Florida. They’re top at Auburn too. Don’t be delusional they are one of the best fraternities nationally outside of the Miami Triad.

OX needs to get their alumni off of GR, this is cringe AF. OX is worse nationally, and especially in the state of GA/general south, then pretty much every big or mid name out there. maybe on par with groups like PiKapp or SigEp in the SEC but thats a big maybe. stop trying to lie to people rushing. most schools in the SEC that have OX have them mid outside of UF which is pretty much Ohio like i said. florida is 90% northerners escaping liberals to the south.

just blatantly lying lmao. OX is top at UF we’ve established this. They’re not top at Alabama but they’re like what SX is here. Still very good. Top at Auburn go visit that campus and tell me they’re not. Very good at South Carolina. Mid here. Mid at Tennessee. Florida State has a better Greek Life than us and they’re top there. There’s probably not that much consistency unless you’re SX or SAE. Saying OX is bad in the south is just untrue.

You say they are midwestern focused but their biggest and best chapters are in the southeast. And Syracuse but that’s an outlier. I never said that they were better than those fraternities nationally. It doesn’t change the fact that they are large nationally. It has name recognition.

Sigma Pi is full of people who should've been geeds. Or DKE at best but that's not much better. Just because you blanket bid doesn't put you on the level of the gentlemen at Sig Ep. SP can't hold a candle to any aspect of Sig Ep and never will. Sorry not sorry
