KA will always be #1. ChiPhi is annoying AF and most of them are from Maryland, Virginia, DC and New Jersey but are solid. It's hard for them to be #1 in the southeast even if they've been here since before the civil war. ATO SX and Fiji are all next. A lot of history alumni donations and prestige with these 3. SAE SN KS are all the rest of the southern fraternities who live off of history and presence here. PKP PKA and DSP are all great groups but PKA should be a lot better with their history and alumni network. DSP PDT and BTP are all pretty good but other than PDT don't have the history of alumni network to put them higher. SigEp, TEP, SP and AEPi are all niche but the best niche groups. OX DTD AGR LXA DKE are all established but either small or recovering.
