How long does Fraternity pledgeship last?
by: CuriousHow long does Fraternity pledgeship last? Planning to rush next fall. My old man said that he was a pledge the whole fall semester and didn't get initiated until after final grades were released for the fall semester. Is that still the case?

Not at Sig Ep but it certainly exist at others. Pledges bond going trough crap together. If you have ever been on sports teams, they bond by running suicides or laps or doing push ups from missing free throws etc…. Can it go to far? Yeah. But if you have no common bond with your pledge class, you don’t have a brotherhood. You have club.
