Old row really did not do well

Fiji/KA

KA is losing popularity, idk why but are still mostly dominant. ATO and ChiPhi are strongest new row and old row, old row means nothing really anyways. Fiji and KA are super strong.

Low top/Upper Mid
SAE > KS/SX
SN/DSP/PKP

SAE will never be below being in contention for top 5 frats, this is as low as it goes for them and they just got there. Still an amazing time and a nice house but you have to put up with a lot of weird legacies. KS needs to renovate their house but they are admittedly doing pretty well. SX lost their best spot but seems to not really have lost a step outside of some due to increase in competition. SN DSP and PKP are all solid over all and always have good pull with top groups. Pcs for these 3 was lacking some imo.

Upper mid/mid
PKA/BTP/PDT
SPE > AEPi/TEP

SigEp TEP and AEPi are all niche groups but the best of them and with other fraternities that would usually be better than them below recovering they have risen. SigEp would be top 10 if not for their nationals. Pike Beta and PDT all rage and all are the last groups to have atleast some pull with old row and best new row sororities.

mid/lower Mid
OX/DTD > LXA
SP/AGR/DKE

Everyone on this row has a social presence on campus and at the bars but DTD OX and LXA are all either new or recovering from suspensions they had but are usually a lot better and above the next 3 above them usually.

Lower/bottom
BYX/ChiPsi

You see them sometimes. Idk if there are any other groups here.
