They aren't going to publicly advertise to random people, you would have to be friends with members to be considered.

If you’re looking to find your “best option” based off of a Greek rank post and not find a sorority based on friendships, you probably shouldn’t be in Greek Life. When you’re in Greek Life, people don’t focus on ranks :)
