You have no chance for your 'best options' because you obviously know no one in a sorority, so it's clear you are 1) just trying to pick for rank, which you wouldn't do if you had 2) actually made friends in some of the many chapters here and would know where you fit in and are wanted, in which case you would also understand that 3) nobody in any sorority cares about stupid greekrank.

Adp gave out cobs in the fall and had lowest pc yet. Many sororities give out cobs but say they don’t. Yes, they can even give them out and not announce it. Most of the top 10-12 ranked sororities have a waitlist of friends of current members for the cobs.

There are so many sororities I’d pick over those. Aoii, Axo, zeta, etc are better imo. Also, the ones you listed are very different from each other. This tells me you really don’t know anything about how to choose a sorority since you want a “best option” instead of a good fit.
