Tbh the “lower” tier chapters are more well balanced in terms of being involved in philanthropy and academics while still having fun. DG, DphiE, and Pi Phi stand out in terms of philanthropies

Wouldn't make them more top tier because they are more balanced? Rank mean absolutely nothing, find your fit. There are a lot of people in "Top Tier" that do not enjoy their greek experience.
