I’d rank the mid tier GPhi > DG > DZ >> SK based on ONLY the new PCs. Overall rank would be DZ > GPhi > SK > DG.

GPhi and DG both got really cute PCs, but DZ didn’t have a bad rush by any means and is still a better chapter overall! SK probably miscalculated their cuts before pref or something, but one subpar PC shouldn’t hurt them much in the long run.

I’m NOT in Axd but they do have potential to grow whereas Dphie does not. Especially with them getting housing. Rank is accurate.
