I literally cannot comprehend why so many ranks on here put Chi O in top/lower top tiers!! Their neighbors on milledge: Theta (as expected), DZ, and even DG somehow - ALL looked way cuter and more fun on bid day, and yet Chi O is considered a top house? Maybe 10 years ago but definitely not in 2024 ahaha just goes to show how many alum/parents are on this stupid af site

SK’s new PC is legitimately bottom tier. Chi O is probably the most mid house at UGA. I don’t know anyone who thinks that Chi O is top tier
