It’s a big state u with lots of majors. Your standard lib arts degree won’t be too challenging and honestly isn’t very useful. There are very rigorous majors that result in meaningful degrees. This is the same no matter where you go to school. If you want rigor don’t major in minor things.

STFU we like it here the way it is. If you wanted to go to a school for school you should've gone Emory or Tech instead and had a lame boring time.
UGA isn't an easy school far from it, yeah it's more of an average to above average academic school but you get EVERYTHING here. Hot girls, insane SEC parties, insane football, good drinks, good food, ON TOP of having an above average academic experience. Complain all you want but UGA is balanced.

Most people when they come here are surprised by how non rigorous this schools academics are, especially when considering how hard it is to get in. People need to stop coming here to drink and skip class instead of trying to make the University better.
