Dphie house construction

Saw that dphie will be recruiting form a different place than their house, why is it not ready yet? Seems odd construction would take so long when Alpha Phi was done in like a year

Probs just takes a long time since they took off the back of their house. the house is older, there may be obstacles along the way that delayed their construction process
