For PNMs I feel like this is a pretty good list to go off of when deciding where to rush.

Frats:

Tier 1: ChiPhi, KA, SAE
Tier 2: Fiji, ATO, SNU
Tier 3: SX, PKP, DSig
Tier 4: KS, AEPi, PhiDelt, SigEp
Tier 5: Beta, Pike
Tier 6: AGR, SigmaPi, ThetaChi, BYX, TEP

Srats:

Tier 1: ADPi, KD, Kappa, PhiMu
Tier 2: Theta, ZTA, ChiO, AOPi
Tier 3: APhi, TriDelt
Tier 4: DZ, GPhi, AGD, SK, DG
Tier 5: Pi Phi, SDT, AXD, DPhiE
