It’s mainly just alumni ties to the school and their wealth. For example even tho sigma chi got kicked off in 90s their alumni came right back and when they lost their house in 2008 due to kappa sig alumni not wanting to move from Greek circle and terry replaced all the frats over there it was their alumni that struck a deal for their new house. With their alumni being wealthy enough to get it. Snu isn’t old row because when they was homeless for a few years they couldn’t afford to get another house and it was kappa sig alumni bringing them back in the 2008 deal that was struck. Kappa sig isn’t old row because they’re alumni is currently revolting against nationals from 2010 kickoff so no money to them or their chapter owned house like Fiji,chi phi, ka, sae has and their legacies go ka and Fiji
